The App provides access to language learning content, including audio materials, educational content, and AI-powered features such as AI chat, AI-assisted discussion of podcast content, and AI-generated explanations.
The Service is provided for informational and educational support purposes only.
The Service includes features powered by artificial intelligence.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Your use of AI features is at your own risk.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions on a monthly or six-month basis. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store using Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
All purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or violate the law.
All content and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may delete your account at any time. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the applicable subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
